What are you going to do? 
As a Guest Relations Manager, you are responsible for service provision in the broadest sense of the word. Including in the areas of relationship management with (VIP) guests, exceeding guest expectations, providing specific tourist, recreational, and gastronomic information, booking and arranging excursions, and handling complaints. In addition, the Guest Relations Manager fulfils the (changing) role of Manager on Duty, where he/she is responsible for complaints and emergencies in the hotel. A true dynamic function!
