We offer 394 rooms and suites, 940 m2 event and meeting rooms, bar and restaurant as well as access to ROOF – Bar & Lounge, the hotel's rooftop bar with the best view of the entire city. As a brand, NH Collection wants to create extraordinary experiences for all guests. We are now looking for a new colleague who can become of part of creating this.
We are looking for seasonal - full time Bell Boys for the period June 1st to September 1st 2024 (or October 1st).
What will you do?
As a Bell Boy/ Valet Parker at the NH Collection Copenhagen you are primarily responsible for greeting and welcoming guests to the hotel, relieving guests of their luggage upon arrival, and valeting cars. You enjoy meeting a variety of people every day and have the social skills to exceed guest expectations. Your main responsibility is ensuring the highest standards of hospitality and welcome and that guest queries are dealt with in a swift and polite manner.
In addition to greeting guests and valet parking, you are also responsible for general guest enquiries and making sure that the lobby and hotel premises is always clean and tidy.
Who are you?
• You are energetic, spontaneous, and you able to stand for long hours.
• You have a genuine interest in people and cultures.
• You are a team player and are flexible to work a variety of early and late shifts.
• You are guest-oriented, you have excellent communication skills and a good command of the Danish and English language.
• You have a valid driver's license.
