Opposite Amsterdam Central Station, the NH Collection Amsterdam Barbizon Palace hotel is right in the center of Amsterdam. The building itself is a highlight too, with beautiful architecture, and 268 bedrooms spread across over 19 buildings from the 17th-century houses. Our five-star hotel has all possible facilities under one roof. A real showpiece is our fine dining restaurant, Vermeer. It's one of 2 places you can dine, plus there's our exquisite Bottles & Jars Bar in addition to various meeting and event facilities such as the monumental 15th-century chapel Olofskapel. As Chef de Rang at Restaurant Vermeer, you have a passion for fine-dining and restaurants recognized by Michelin. You entertain the guests with your impeccable but subtle service. You are motivated, proactive, and you know how to offer guests an unique experience with your guest-centric approach. In this position you will be responsible for exceeding guest expectations through your extensive knowledge of food and wines and your exceptional eye for detail.
