What’s in it for us?

  • You have a diploma in Food Production (MBO 3 or 4), or you can demonstrate that you have mastered this level or have relevant work experience and you have experience in a 5* property or in a fine dining restaurant;
  • You have a good command of the English or Dutch language.

What are you going to do?
You will become a part of the team of restaurant Vermeer. A team that will always strive for the best quality possible. You will be responsible for overseeing an assigned kitchen station to ensure consistency of preparation according to the predefined recipes and the product quality. Outside of the daily activities you will have the opportunity to make proposals to the Chef to improve the work processes and to contribute to the development of dishes and recipes. Together with the team you ensure that our guests have an 'extraordinary' culinary experience. Finally, you ensure that the HACCP rules are complied with and that your workplace is organized, clean and tidy. As Chef de Partie of Restaurant Vermeer, you report directly to the (Sous) Chef.
