What are you going to do?  

Quality and consistency are 2 important elements in the kitchen team. As Chef de Partie working in our breakfast team, you report directly to the (Sous) Chef. You will be responsible for overseeing the breakfast station to ensure consistency of preparation according to the predefined recipes and the product quality. Outside of the daily activities you will have the opportunity to make proposals to the Chef to improve the work processes and to contribute to the development of dishes and recipes. Together with the team you ensure that our guests have an ‘extraordinary’ culinary experience. Finally, you ensure that the HACCP rules are complied with and that your workplace is organized, clean and tidy.
