06:45 You arrive, with a cup of coffee, in the breakfast pantry for the handover with the morning shift and supervisor.
07:00 You welcome all guests with a smile and offer a cup of coffee where possible.
08:15 During the rush hour one of the regular guests arrives, you inform the kitchen ahead to make his favorite omelet.
09:30 The breakfast peak is mostly done and you start on the mise en place for breakfast for tomorrow.
10:30 All guests have left the breakfast restaurant and together with your colleagues you prepare the lunch for the Meeting and Event groups.
11:00 Enjoy your lunch with colleagues from other departments.
12:00 The first guests arrive for the Meeting & Event lunch and you serve the soup for the first group.
14:00 The Meeting and Events lunch is over and you and your colleagues prepare everything for breakfast for the next morning.
14:45 The late shift has arrived and you attend the handover.
15:00 Go home!
