Opposite Amsterdam Central Station, the NH Collection Amsterdam Barbizon Palace hotel is right in the center of Amsterdam. The building itself is a highlight too, with beautiful architecture, and 268 bedrooms spread across over 19 buildings from the 17th-century houses. Our five-star hotel has all possible facilities under one roof. A real showpiece is our fine dining restaurant, Vermeer. It’s one of 2 places you can dine, plus there’s our exquisite Bottles & Jars Bar in addition to various meeting and event facilities such as the monumental 15th-century chapel Olofskapel. - You speak Dutch and English fluently;
What are you going to do?
In the role of Maître, you are the link between the kitchen and the service team, and you provide a subtle and personable service. Together with the chef, you know how to enthuse and amaze the guests with a unique menu and exciting wine and food combinations. Your ultimate goal is for our guests to walk out the door with more than a satisfied feeling and return in the future.
